* The only exceptions to the free diagnostics is if you have built your own computer and it is not working or you have a gaming computer that needs repair or service, we do charge to check your work and see what you did wrong or what went wrong, also gaming computers require a lot of time to diagnose properly. For custom built and gaming computers, the charge is $89 for diagnostics.  We also have a $50 diagnostics fee for the iMac and Mac Mini computers, due to the difficulty and risk involved in getting inside them for hardware scanning.
