Terry

Terry has been in retail sales and management for over 35 years and has been in computer repair and sales for over 20 years. He does everything down to motherboard level repairs. He started his first computer repair business which would later become PC P.I.'s LLC in July 2003.

His favorite item in the store: His De-soldering Gun (he smiles every time he gets to use it).

His least favorite item in the store: The Telephone

What he does when not working on and selling computers: Terry likes to go see local live performances, such as Jazz or Big band groups and shows at Dalton, GA's two playhouses "Dalton Little Theatre" and the "Artistic Civic Theatre" and Ringgold, GA's "The Ringgold Playhouse".

Jennifer

Jennifer has been in retail sales for over 25 years and has been in computer repair and sales for over 12 years. She helped Terry realize his dream of having the absolute best computer store in the USA.

Her favorite item in the store: Whatever is the newest computer gadget we get in.

Her least favorite item in the store: Dust

What she does when not working on and selling computers: Going out to eat, so she does not have to cook. Going to all the shows with her family.

Robin

Robin has been in sales for over 28 years and has been in computer related industries for over 13 years. He joined PC P.I.'s Computer Store in 2011 and holds the position of Store Manager of our Dalton, GA location.

His favorite item in the store: The white hard drive dock (In reference to the dock Robin says: "My precious, My precious!") Note: Precious died in June of 2013, but don't worry it was fully recycled and is now very happy being part of a microwave oven.

His least favorite item in the store: The Vacuum

What he does when not working on and selling computers: Playing video games with his son (most notably Battlefield). He likes to make homemade pizza and BBQ. He also enjoys photography.

Chupacabra Loco Lucha Libre

Chupacabra Loco Lucha Libre forced his way into our store in May 2016 and we are all too frightened of him to ask him to leave.

His favorite item in the store: The camera of course. He forces us to film him constantly and then post his videos on our Facebook page www.facebook.com/pcpis

His least favorite item in the store: We do not know, because he breaks, throws, and smashes everything.

What he does when not working on and selling computers: We do not know that either, he will not leave. He does not work or sell, he just walks around terrorizing us. He is always yelling at us and smashing things, lots of things!
