What is the service requested?

Any Operating System re-installations will include free anti-virus, graphics editing software, office suite etc.
Diagnose & call with all my repair options $FREE Diagnostics are always totally free unless you have an iMac or Mac mini, in which case the fee will be $50.
Gumshoe $99 - Reinstall Operating System without data backup (If you choose the Gumshoe service YOU WILL LOSE all programs and your personal data i.e., pictures, music, documents, etc.). - Can be used with Nitro Same Day Service
Sleuth $149 - Reinstall Operating System with data backup (programs cannot be backed up and must be reinstalled) - Can be used with Nitro Same Day Service.
Private Eye $149 - Virus/Malware Removal - Try to repair Operating System without doing a reinstall, so I keep my data and programs. This repair can add several days to your repair time, depending on the complexity and/or severity of your issue.
Upgrade Operating System to newer version i.e., OSX Yosemite to MacOS Big Sur $99 - FREE if the computer was purchased from us.

Same Day and Rush Services Available

If desired, choose a same day or rush service? No Rush Service - Average repair time is 2 to 5 business days.
Nitro Service - for an additional $49 charge. This can only be purchased with our re-installation services (Gumshoe or Sleuth only with or without data backup). We will have your repair done the same day as long as it is in by 2:00 PM and you have no more than 10GBs of data. If you bring it in after 2:00 PM or you have over 10GBs of data to transfer it will be done by the next business day.
Business Rush - for an additional $89 charge. This charge moves your computer ahead of all the others in the store and to our bench where it will be started on immediately. Computer repair takes as long as it takes, so we cannot speed up the repair time, but we will have someone working on it from the moment you bring it in until it is finished (can be purchased with any service).

Disclaimer: You authorize PC P.I.'s LLC to work on your equipment and even though we take the utmost care and extreme caution while working on your equipment and treat it as if it were our own, we cannot guarantee that you will not have data or information loss. For this reason you must agree to hold harmless PC P.I.'s LLC, and all our employees for any loss of data or information that may happen during repair (example: Some viruses attach themselves to files and upon removal destroy that file.). Many computers brought to us have already experienced hardware loss and lost data and/or information that the customer is unaware of before we even start working on them (example: A power supply unit that fails and has destroyed the hard drive.) and therefore we cannot take any responsibility for your hardware, software, data, and/or information. Any items left over 90 days without previous arrangements will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of or sold to cover any repair cost.

Please remove all nano receivers (such as wireless mouse adapters from your usb ports) and put them in a safe place that you will not forget.
